Manawatu branch holds public talks on conservation and natural heritage on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, in the Palmerston North City Library (Sound and Vision Zone), George Street at  7:30 pm.

Talk by Suliana Teasdale - Fungi of the Forest

Suliana will talk about commonly found fungi of the forests, and surrounding areas, in the Manawatu region.  She will describe the different lifestyles they live by, from symbiotic fungi to decomposers, and plans to show some of the more curious looking fungi to be found locally.
