Manawatu Forest and Bird is, once again, offering hosted walks in the Te Apiti - Manawatu Gorge. These popular walks are being offered once a fortnight through February and March finishing with the Manawatu Walking Festival on the 19th/20th March.

Each walk will have two hosts from Forest and Bird, who will enlighten your gorge experience with fascinating geological, botanical, ornithological and even entomological titbits along the 10 km. walk - plus some fascinating history of the area.
