About Us

 Contact Us

Please check to see which branch your area of interest covers.  There are seven different branches in the Auckland region.  Central Auckland is just one of these branches.  There is also an office in Auckland; Central Auckland branch does not have an office.

For enquiries about matters outside of the immediate Central city area (say in other parts of the Auckland region) or for enquiriesabout Forest & Bird (including about membership and fundraising)  please contact the Auckland office.  If your enquiry is about the Central Auckland branch (our branch covers the same area as the old Auckland City Council - Avondale in the west to Tamaki Estuary in the east, and Onehunga in the south up to the Harbour Bridge) then contact us at  centralauckland.branch@forestandbird.org.nz

This is the branch contact; we are all volunteers but we endeavour to check our email as often as possible.

For all other enquiries, and for immediate response, like about issues in other areas in the Auckland region (like North Shore, Waitakere, South Auckland or Rodney) or even further afield, or volunteer work not in the immediate Auckland City area, contact our office on 302 0203 or click here

Events

We have a page on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/Forest-and-Bird-Central-Auckland/202932153086469?sk=wall where information is updated daily to keep you informed about events in the Auckland region.  Become a friend and leave us comments on there as well as finding out about events.

If you are looking for more information about the events (trips and meetings) that either Central Auckland or another local F&B branch is putting on, find out which branch (eg there are nine different branches in the greater Auckland region), then look at the latest newsletter for that branch - these are archived in the "Publications" section on this website, http://www.forestandbird.org.nz/what-we-do/publications/branch-newslette...

The different branches of F&B in the Auckland region often have trips which are in areas local to our members who are welcome to join them.
