The more members we have, the stronger is our voice when lobbying for conservation at both national and local political levels.

To inform people about F&B's role, and to encourage new memberships, we have stands and displays at public events where we give out F&B material.   Not only is this a chance to talk with people, it also invariably includes free entry into the place the display is being held for volunteers working on it.

-WAZZUP at Auckland Zoo
