Dr Jim Salinger, an independent weather scientist will talk on climate change and its effect on New Zealand. Dr Salinger is the Honorary Research Fellow of the School of the Environment at the University of Auckland and President of the Commission for Agricultural Meteorology at the World Meteorological Organization.
