MIRANDA SHOREBIRD CENTRE
Meet at the Miranda Shorebird Centre at 11am. Please bring a packed lunch, warm clothes, walking shoes and binoculars (if you have them), raincoat, sunhat etc.
One of the staff will talk give us a talk before we walk down to the shell-banks.
There is a cost of $4 per child for this talk – toward covering costs. This fee will be paid for KCC members.
All children to be accompanied by an adult please.
Please allow approx 1.5h to drive to the Shorebird Centre as it is located on the Firth of Thames at 283 East Coast Rd, RD3, Pokeno. Check out the map on their website
