This will be our Annual General Meeting. The actual part of the A.G.M. will be open only Financial Members of Forest & Bird. Proof of membership will be required. The timetable for the evening will be as follows ….
6.45pm – The doors to Te Manawa will be open and Barbara Arnold & Paul Demchick will be in the reception area to answer any questions you may have regarding the new Branch Rules of the Manawatu Branch of Forest & Bird.
7.00pm – The A.G.M. will start in the upstairs gallery.
7.30pm – The normal branch meeting will start in the upstairs gallery – this will be open to the general public – the guest speaker will be Andrew Cutler who is the President of Forest & Bird.
