The presentation will be a joint one between Elizabeth(Biz) Bell and Baylee Connor-McClean (both from Wildlife Management International Ltd - wmil.co.nz).

Biz and Baylee will be outlining the importance of braided rivers in New Zealand, and particularly those around Marlborough and Canterbury with a focus on the black-fronted tern monitoring that they do as part of their work through Wildlife Management International Ltd on behalf of the Department of Conservation. Come and learn about how the terns use the braided river systems along the Waiau Toa/Clarence, Hurunui and Waiau Rivers and what threats they face and what we can do to help.
