Where would I direct a letter to?
Our address for posted letters is: Forest & Bird, PO Box 631, Wellington 6140 - If you have received a letter from us that requests a response, there should be a free post/reply paid envelope included for you to use.
Where would I direct a larger parcel to?
Our physical address for couriered parcels is: Forest & Bird - Ground Floor, 205 Victoria Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011 - This is the location of our main/head office.
What is your free phone number?
It's 0800 200 064 (between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday). The message you hear when you call the 0800 number lists these options for our supporters:
Option 1 for regular (fortnightly/monthly) and one-off donations enquiries, and donation receipts.
Option 2 for Forest & Bird membership including Youth and KCC (renewals etc.), and personal details updates.
Option 3 for Ruapehu Lodge bookings and general enquiries.
