Givenwell | our wellbeing initiative
“The Givenwell programme provides genuine choice and easy access for our staff to engage more actively in their health and wellbeing. It’s a win-win for all.
An employee who is with us for six months or more will be eligible for Givenwell – a health and wellbeing programme. Givenwell gives our staff free access to:
- Their marketplace of over 700 products & services including therapy, yoga, sleep coaching, guided hikes, gym memberships, etc.

Every permanent employee has the benefit of free Kiwi Conservation Club (KCC) | Hakuturi Toa membership for their children. KCC reaches 10,000 kids; and for 38 years has been connecting young people to Aotearoa New Zealand’s amazing wildlife and wild places, helping us to create a passion for conservation and build a legacy for future generations.
