Join Forest & Bird to hear about the work going on to expand the biodiversity halo beyond Zealandia Te Māra a Tāne.
Dr Nate Rigler, Project Lead - Kia Mouriora Te Kaiwharawhara Sanctuary to Sea, Zealandia Te Māra a Tāne will talk about the project led by Zealandia Te Māra a Tāne to heal the mouri/lifeforce of te whaitua o Te Kaiwharawhara, Wellington's largest water catchment. Nate will update us about the ongoing work that enhances the health of the stream, forest and community of Te Kaiwharawhara.
This talk will be preceded by a brief Forest & Bird Wellington Branch AGM and hot finger snacks.
