We are helping the Port Hills rangers create a corridor of native bush up a valley behind Sumner (off Evans Pass Rd). On this working-bee, we'll be planting native trees.
All working bees are held at Lower Mahoe-nui (opposite Rapanui Bush on Evans Pass Rd) from 9.15-11.30am . We meet at 9am at the corner of Wakefield Avenue and Colenso Street to register and carpool up to the site.
The Port Hills rangers supply tools, spades etc-bring your own gloves. Morning tea supplied after each working bee.
