The speaker at our November meeting will be Alex Ive, Assistant Manager of Nelson Marina, talking about the successful management of Nelson Marina.

Alex has a very strong background in administration, sales and support services and has moved to Nelson to join the team. For the past 5 years, Alex has been the Communications, Stakeholder Liaison and Customer Service representative at Westhaven Marina in Auckland.
The meeting will start with a presentation from the 2025 winner of the Forest & Bird Nelson-Tasman award (the Perrine Moncrieff Shield) at the Cawthron Scitec Expo: Ryder Carter, Nelson Intermediate, with his project “Observation of a NZ species, the karearea”.
