Marie Gray of the Summit Road Society will speak about the Society's work to restore native biodiversity on the Port Hills, including the revegetation of Avoca Valley and the community and backyard trapping programme Predator Free Port Hills. This project is part of the wider Pest Free Banks Peninsula collaboration which aims to eliminate pests and predators from the Peninsula and the Port Hills by 2050.
